Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Kitchen Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for kitchen design and a strong understanding of layout design principles. This role involves working closely with clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen spaces that meet their needs and preferences. As a Kitchen Designer, you will utilize your skills in design software, product demos, and inside sales to bring your designs to life.

Responsibilities

•

Collaborate with clients to understand their kitchen renovation needs and preferences.

•

Create detailed kitchen layouts using software to visualize design concepts.

•

Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of kitchen appliances and fixtures.

•

Handle cash transactions accurately during sales processes.

•

Communicate effectively with clients throughout the design process, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns.

•

Utilize retail math skills to provide accurate estimates and pricing for kitchen projects.

•

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and products to offer informed recommendations.

•

Assist in managing inventory levels for kitchen products and materials.

Skills

•

Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

•

Experience in inside sales with a focus on customer service.

•

Ability to handle cash transactions accurately (cash handling).

•

Knowledge of retail math for pricing and estimates.

•

Experience with product demos to effectively present kitchen solutions.

•

Creative problem-solving skills to address client needs during renovations.

•

Attention to detail in design work and project management.
