Junior Project Engineer (EIT)

Job Purpose

Are you an aspiring Junior Project Engineer (EIT) looking to kick-start your career with a growing engineering and construction firm where you’ll be supported, challenged, and valued from day one? As a key member of our team, you’ll receive guidance from experienced engineers and project leaders as you help manage and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and on schedule. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a broad range of projects spanning from petrochemical, refining, conventional oil and gas, SAGD, and power generation.

Federation believes in providing flexible working arrangements for our office personnel and we offer a hybrid work schedule; 3 days in the office, 2 days at home or in the office (your choice), ½ day Fridays.

From time to time, travel to client sites or other Federation offices may be required (up to 10%).
