The Junior Finance Systems Analyst supports the financial operations of the utility authority by assisting in the management, analysis, and improvement of financial systems and related processes. This entry-level position works under the supervision of the Controller to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and functionality of financial data systems, including budgeting, billing, procurement, and reporting platforms. The analyst collaborates with internal departments to troubleshoot issues, test system enhancements, and implement system updates that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
