We’re looking for a motivated fresh graduate engineer—someone who takes pride in spotting small details, learns quickly without constant guidance, stays composed when plans change, and asks “why” as often as “how.” You might be the one who triple-checks your code

your pizza order, treats deadlines like holy dates, and can explain complex stuff without sounding like a robot—making it easy for both technical and non-technical teammates to follow your ideas.

Requirements

- Meticulous by nature

– You notice the details others might miss (typos, misaligned parts, extra space in code, coffee stains on reports).

- Self-starting & curiosity-driven

– You take initiative, dig into problems, and occasionally fall down “how does this work?” rabbit holes… on purpose.

- Calm under pressure

– You adapt to shifting priorities without panic (bonus points if you can still make a decent cup of coffee mid-crisis).

- Clear communicator

– You explain complex concepts so anyone can understand, and you resist the urge to answer every question with “it depends.”
