Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Engineer to join our team. As a Junior Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and gain experience in the Ports and Terminals industry. The work ranges from managing projects in the field to implementing data and processes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about engineering and wants to contribute with practical solutions to make the industry better. Responsibilities

This role has the following responsibilities:

- Produce technical documents (following a template)

- Collect, process, and analyze data

- Develop and map work processes

- Execute field projects following a project plan

- Manage and track work progress

- Apply a continuous improvement plan and goals for career development

- Work under supervision and support from a team lead

Skills

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong knowledge of engineering principles

- Proficient with Microsoft products (such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members

- Exceptional organization and time management skills

- Programming or logic-based skills preferred
