This full-time position requires approximately 40-45 hours per week and involves a blend of project management, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this opportunity is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing project solutions and addressing infrastructure needs and improvements for water authorities, municipalities, and private clients.

- Mentoring project team members.

- Managing projects, coordinating with clients, preparing proposals and fee estimates.

- Performing and reviewing design calculations.

- Oversee figure preparation.

- Preparing plan sets.

- Design modeling.

- Developing construction cost estimates.

- Preparing permit applications.

- Supporting business development opportunities for a variety of infrastructure-related projects.

Qualifications:

- 12-25+ years of relevant engineering design experience, such as designing civil infrastructure and water and/or wastewater systems, stormwater drainage, rural and urban roads, water resources, and site development projects.

- A licensed professional engineer (P.E.) in the State of Texas or can obtain licensure within 6 months.

- Ability to travel to client locations and other Trihydro offices nationwide.

- Interest in maintaining existing client relationships, as well as developing new client relationships.

The salary information shown below is a general guideline ONLY. Salaries are based on candidates' experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $115,000 – $160,000

This position will remain open until a qualified candidate has been selected.
