RKey Responsibilities:
•
Perform service calls for electrical diagnostics, repairs, installations, and upgrades in residential and commercial environments
•
Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving outlets, switches, lighting, panels, circuits, and low-voltage systems
•
Install and upgrade electrical panels, subpanels, EV chargers, transfer switches, lighting, and receptacles
•
Ensure all work meets local and national electrical codes (NEC), safety regulations, and client specifications
•
Communicate professionally with clients to explain issues, solutions, and pricing options
•
Complete work orders, time logs, and service reports accurately
•
Coordinate with dispatch and office staff for scheduling and updates
•
Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and inventory of parts
