Journeyman Welder

CryptoTherm, a leading manufacturing company in the cooling and heat transfer sector, is seeking askilled Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to work on various projects that require precision and attention to detail. As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in assembling and fabricating metal components, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Responsibilities / Duties:

- Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding.

- Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components according to specifications.

- Utilize basic math skills to calculate dimensions and tolerances for projects.

- Operate machinery including press brake machines and cranes safely and effectively.

- Work with ductwork materials, ensuring proper fitting and installation.

- Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Skills and Requirements:

- Proven experience in welding with a strong understanding of welding techniques and processes.

- Valid Journeyman Welder certification.

- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.

- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during shifts.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
