Journeyman Plumber - Service Plumbing

Responsibilities:

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings

- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout and placement of plumbing systems

- Assemble, weld, and solder pipes and fittings

- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems

- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and HVAC technicians, to complete projects

- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure their proper functioning

- Respond to emergency plumbing calls and provide timely solutions

- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Qualifications:

- Journeyperson Plumber certification or equivalent experience

- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues

-Customer service and sales of plumbing jobs

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints

- Experience in remodeling projects is a plus

- Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and pipe sizing

- Familiarity with hand tools used in plumbing installations and repairs
