As we grow, we’re seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Residential Service Plumber to join our team and play a key role in establishing our residential services division.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Residential Service Plumber with 3–5 years of hands-on residential plumbing service experience. The ideal candidate is a licensed plumber in [insert state, e.g., Texas] who is reliable, customer-focused, and takes pride in providing exceptional service. You’ll be one of the first hires for our residential team, helping to shape the future of Rhino Plumbing’s new residential service offerings.

Responsibilities:

•

Perform diagnostic, repair, and installation services for residential plumbing systems

•

Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide accurate estimates to customers

•

Replace or repair pipes, water heaters, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, etc.

•

Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes

•

Maintain clean and organized workspaces and service vehicles

•

Educate customers on options, preventive maintenance, and safety measures

•

Collaborate with the operations team to schedule and complete jobs efficiently

•

Provide high-level customer service and build lasting client relationships

Requirements:

•

Valid plumbing license in Texas

•

3–5 years of residential service plumbing experience

•

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

•

Excellent communication and customer service skills

•

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

•

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

•

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
