Journeyman or Tradesman Plumber

Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial settings

- Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems

- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure plumbing systems are installed correctly

- Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues using pressure gauges and other equipment

- Respond to service calls and perform field service work as needed

- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Skills:

- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings

- Ability to weld pipes and fittings as necessary

- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations

- Skilled in maintaining and repairing HVAC systems

- Capable of building and assembling plumbing systems from scratch

- Experience in construction plumbing for new buildings or renovations

- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues with plumbing systems
