· Perform construction, maintenance, and repair of overhead and underground electric distribution lines
· Work safely with energized and de-energized electrical systems
· Operate bucket trucks, digger derricks, and other utility vehicles and equipment
· Troubleshoot power outages and respond to emergency calls as needed
· Read and interpret staking sheets, circuit maps, and service orders
· Follow REA safety protocols and industry standards
· Certified Journeyman Lineman status (completion of a DOL-registered apprenticeship program or equivalent)
· Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in electrical utility line work
· Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Pennsylvania CDL (Class A)
· Willingness to relocate, if necessary, and reside within 45 minutes of the Indiana office
· Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and be available for on-call duties
· Ability to climb poles, lift heavy equipment, and perform physically demanding tasks
