Job Summary
Our fast growing company is seeking a skilled and dedicated Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential new construction, sheet metal fabrication, and experience with equipment installation. As a Job lead, you will be communicating with our job coordinators, contractors, and our Construction Manager. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive high-quality service and that we adhere to time & materials budget.
Duties
•
Complete rough ins, install HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
•
Complete all necessary paperwork, job packets, and ensure all job notes & photos are uploaded.
•
Startup and troubleshoot furnaces, air handlers, and condensing units.
•
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with office team and homeowners.
•
Adhere to safety protocols while working on-site to ensure a safe working environment for you and your team.
Requirements
•
Proven experience in HVAC installation or related field service roles.
•
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC systems.
•
Familiarity with refrigerant handling and related regulations.
•
Proficiency with gas sizing chart, line & low voltage wiring, and brazing.
•
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
•
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•
Leadership experience.
•
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
•
Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry advancements.

Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
