Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in residential electrical work, demonstrating proficiency in various electrical systems and tools. This role requires a commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
•
Work in finished homes
•
Work on new construction homes, renovations, additions
•
Troubleshoot and identify electrical issues
•
Talk and relay information to general contractor, homeowner, customer
Qualifications
•
Valid Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification preferred
•
Experienced electrical apprentice (3+ years experience) (residential, service)
•
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including low voltage and high voltage applications.
•
Familiarity with NEC standards and regulations.
•
Proficient in using various hand tools, power tools, voltmeters, and ohmmeters.
•
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
•
Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety practices.
* Mechanic pay- $27-$34 based on experience
* Apprentice pay- $21-$25 based on experience
* Overtime is offered but not enforced
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.82 - $30.39 per hour
