- Assist with Investigation, diagnosis and root cause analysis
- Mentor & train operators to properly inspect, service and maintain assigned units
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs of service equipment
- Understand the mechanical, iron and electronics preventative maintenance process
- Understand all aspects of STEP equipment maintenance and support
- Attend and participate in all weekly safety meetings and safety drills
- Respond to emergency situations; on the job training with the crew members to ensure the security of the professionals, the equipment and the environment
- Have a thorough knowledge of all proper STEP safe work procedures and practices to manage each task in a safe and efficient manner that will ensure that the professionals, the public and the environment are not placed at risk due to our operations
- Adhere to the companies HSE policies and procedures

Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician (HET)
