About This Job

Position

As a skilled member as a Lead EJ Electrician on our team, you will help lead the installations of residential and commercial PV solar systems, Solar Roof, and Battery Storage and EV charger applications. You will provide electrical expertise that will contribute to the overall success of the project, and the Growth of the Company!

RESPONSIBILITIES

•

Lead a successful and well-functioning install Team

•

Completing projects within scheduled time frames

•

Build residential PV and energy storage systems

•

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical component and system issues in AC&DC circuits

•

Lead safety efforts for work best practices with the Field Operations team

•

Provide exceptional customer service throughout entire install as well offering real-time updates on job status

•

Document project, gather required photos, and update job status in the company database

•

Perform other related duties, as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

•

A valid state Journeyman Electrician License

•

Ability to read plan sets and develop overall successful strategies to complete installs

•

Understanding of NEC codes and grounding

•

Ability to safely handle tools and materials such as: ladders, inverters, solar panels, panel boards, batteries, and other similar electrical equipment, lumber, roofing materials, etc.

•

Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, crawl spaces, etc.)

•

Position may require working at heights including on rooftops, climbing ladders and stairs

•

Capable of performing repetitious duties, including lifting, bending and standing for long periods of time

•

Experience using basic hand and power tools

•

Basic computer skills required

•

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

•

Must have excellent customer service skills

•

Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success

•

Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00 - $58.00 per hour
