Journeyman Construction Plumber - Licensed

We are currently hiring Licensed Journeyman Plumbers with at least 2 years of in-field experience on commercial construction sites. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems on new construction projects while ensuring compliance with plumbing codes, safety standards, and job specifications.

- Install, test, and repair plumbing systems including water supply lines, waste systems, vent piping, and gas lines as well as layouts..

- Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and building plans to determine the layout of plumbing systems.

- Perform pipe cutting, threading, soldering, gluing, and assembly of various piping materials (PVC, copper, cast iron, PEX, etc.).

- Ensure all plumbing work meets local and state plumbing codes and job specifications.

- Collaborate with site foremen, general contractors, and other trades on job coordination and scheduling.

- Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas at all times.

- Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively.

- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues in a timely and efficient manner.

- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

- Valid Texas Journeyman Plumber License (or equivalent if outside Texas).

- Minimum 2 years of in-field plumbing experience on construction job sites (commercial preferred).

- Strong working knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety practices.

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

- Must be physically capable of lifting, climbing, standing, and working in a construction environment.

- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

- Must pass drug screening and background check.

- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus.

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.

- Construction job sites – outdoor and indoor environments.

- Exposure to varying weather conditions.

- Must be comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces as required by the project.
