IT Systems Support Specialist

Job Description:

In this role, you will be an integral part of AZTEC’s IT Team, working in a collaborative environment, responsible for the following tasks:

Help Desk Support:

New Hire Onboarding:

Active Directory Support:

+ Assign users O365 Licenses based on the role within the company + Create O365 Groups for projects. End user training on O365, Microsoft Teams, and Teams Rooms Conference Room systems + Assign IT Hardware and maintain an accurate inventory. (Including asset tagging and troubleshooting hardware issues) + OneDrive, Excel, and Word + Document software installations, configurations, and known issues + Create new and edit existing documentation across the entire IT Infrastructure as hardware or configuration changes + Install software, patching, configuring, and maintaining laptops and mobile devices. Examples include monitors, docking stations, and printers
