Position summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Analyst II or Sr. to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end ServiceNow platform, including components such as Incident, Change, Request, Asset, and knowledge base management. The candidate will also focus on process improvement and automation opportunities. You will collect and develop requirements related to Black Hills Energy's ServiceNow Roadmap and will support ServiceNow implementations and adoption of changes. A candidate should have a fundamental understanding of IT service management and the ITIL business processes. The ability to clearly communicate with other support groups, development, product, IT leadership, external providers, and business contacts to resolve process issues is also essential.

Pay Range: This posting includes the full pay range for this position. Pay is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Level II: $75,550 - $113,350 Senior: $90,900 - $136,500
