What You’ll Do

- Serve as a primary point of contact for technical support;

- Provide assistance with the configuration, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software;

- Support internal IT initiatives and special projects assigned by the IT Manager;

- Train and support users at varying technical levels;

- Draft, edit, and maintain user training materials and documentation;

- Analyze common technical issues and offer recommendations for continuous improvement;

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective IT operations;

- Perform administrative functions and other duties as needed;

- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or equivalent experience;

- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience is required, with two (2) to five (5) years of experience strongly preferred;

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform effectively under pressure;

- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy;

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical team members and users;

- Proven ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Your Schedule and The Fine Print

- Full-time position following a standard Monday through Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts;

- Occasional overtime may be required to support business priorities and deadlines;

- On-call availability required in order to provide after-hours support as needed;

- Flexibility to travel occasionally for business needs – typically less than 10%.
