APS is looking for an IT Manager that is responsible for overseeing the operational effectiveness of the IT department, ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of IT systems across the organization. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to managing IT infrastructure, network operations, and user support. The IT Manager will also play a key role in aligning IT strategies with business objectives and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, this role will support the integration of new software solutions and facilitate IT-related aspects of company acquisitions. The IT Manager will serve as the liaison between the APS team and the external IT vendor, Netrio, ensuring efficient communication and support. This position is responsible for assisting in the operation of the department. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties throughout the facility as assigned and/or as necessary.
Essential Functions: An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.
o Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
o Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant IT experience, including leadership responsibilities.
o Strong experience in IT infrastructure, ERP systems, cybersecurity, and software applications.
o Acquisition experience preferred, particularly in IT system integration and data migration.
o Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and troubleshooting.
o Experience with Active Directory (AD) and email system management.
o Knowledge of software and hardware troubleshooting techniques.
o Prior experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring IT teams.
o Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
o Experience in managing IT services for a diverse workforce, including field employees.
o Ability to work independently and take initiative in resolving IT issues.
o Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
