About the Role
We’re looking for a tech-savvy, detail-obsessed IT Help Desk Technician to join our fast-moving team. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who thrives on staying organized, solving problems, and communicating clearly — especially in dynamic, people-facing environments.
You’ll be the go-to person for helping new clients get set up, ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding experience. That means setting up systems, gathering important info, resolving any issues that come up, and making sure everything is running seamlessly from day one.

What You’ll Do
•Set up phones and accounts for new clients, making sure all systems are ready to go
•Guide users through Apple ID, PayPal, Gmail, and mobile device setup
•Review client info, ensuring no details are missed and the all documents and information has been collected
•Liaise with clients and internal teams to address questions or problems quickly and clearly
•Communicate with vendors and customer support when technical issues arise
•Keep everything running smoothly, and continuously look for ways to make the process better
•Keep track of clients and make sure there problems and issues are being resolved in a timely and efficient manner
•Troubleshoot technical issues with account creation and authentication with Apple ID, PayPal, Gmail and Bank account creation
What We’re Looking For
•Strong communication skills — written and verbal
•Super organized and detail-oriented (you triple-check your own work)
•Comfortable with tech and learning new systems quickly (especially CRMs and web-based tools)
•Proactive, reliable, and calm under pressure
•A team player with a positive attitude and a desire to grow
Nice to Have (but Not Required)
•Experience in a people-facing or administrative role (even internships or part-time jobs count!)
•Familiarity with CRMs or similar systems
