Job Purpose

The IT field operations supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment and systems at various sites. The IT field operations supervisor also coordinates with other IT teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The II field operations supervisor leads a team of field analysts.
