About Houston

ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What role you will play in our team

Conduct cost effective and timely advanced investigation analyses

What you will do

•

Provide efficient and effective problem-solving investigations and technical support to Finished Lubricant customers

•

Establish testing plan, interpret data, develop conclusions, and document findings for investigations

•

Provide work direction and technical guidance to laboratory personnel

•

Provide subject matter training

•

Provide ongoing status reports and participate in customer interactions

About you

Skills and Qualifications

•

Minimum BS in a science or engineering discipline and/or relevant work experience

•

Ability to work in a team environment and to learn new techniques as needed

•

Experience in lubricant analysis and/or lubricant failure analysis

•

Strong mechanical/analytical and problem-solving skillset

•

Ability to read and follow detailed instructions/procedures

•

Meticulous attention to accuracy and precision

•

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•

Excellent time management skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

•

Demonstrated experience in project management

•

Demonstrated experience in problem solving & investigations

•

Proficient in technical writing

•

Understanding of Lubricant Products, Lubricant Testing and/or Lubricant Applications
