The Planning and Analysis department works with key budgeting and forecasting processes, including data retrieval, organization of data, compiling reports and dashboards, and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
- Update monthly capital project forecasts
- Assist with preparation of the monthly earnings and forecast report, budgets and long range financial plans.
- Build out KPI dashboards and summaries for management review.
- Provide operational, financial and strategic data trend analysis.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement
- Compile and build metrics around combined financial and operational data points.
- Prepare financial analyses and assist with other ad hoc projects as requested to support decision making.
- Assist with company-wide budget process

- Practical application of theoretical KPI concepts
Student actively enrolled in Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance with an expected graduation date December 2025-May 2027
- Fundamental understanding of finance and accounting concepts,
- Intermediate to advanced level in MS Office applications that may include but are not limited to Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.

Our internships are temporary full-time positions, in-person/remote hybrid at our Lakewood office. We will host our Summer 2026 interns from May-August for 10 weeks.
- Pay Range $23.22-$25.77 USD hourly.
