Your Role at Baxter

The Regulatory Affairs Intern is an 8-week, hourly non-exempt position that will gain valuable experience in Baxter’s Regulatory Affairs department by learning and understanding various basic aspects of a regulated healthcare industry.


What You'll be Doing:

Notify the supervisor and take appropriate action if any regulatory or quality issues occur.
Perform data management tasks.
Interact with Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management, and Plant Manufacturing personnel to accomplish regulatory projects.
Complete documentation preparation and other duties as assigned.
Learn, understand and apply rigorous quality standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Sustain a clean and safe work area.


What You'll Bring:

Must have completed 3 years towards an undergraduate degree with an expected graduation date by Spring 2026.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to solve minor technical problems.
Ability to organize files in a logical manner.
Flexibility to work in assignments across functions and in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate must already be authorized to be legally employed on an on-going basis in the United States.
Must have basic software knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
Must be physically able to lift filled banker’s boxes
