Job Summary:
The intern’s primary responsibility is to perform clerical tasks assigned by the department manager. This may include, but is not limited to filing, answering phones, correspondence, scheduling meetings, and checking mail.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Schedule meetings
Files confidential materials
Keeps filing system organized and accurate
Answers phones with customer-service minded attitude
Helps department with any other assigned tasks
Completes other projects as assigned by Manager
Positional Requirements & Qualifications:
Education & Experience
Working on Bachelor’s/Associate’s/Master’s degree
Previous office environment experience a plus
Skills & Abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Organization skills
Excellent written and verbal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Programs
Attention to detail
Must be able to travel and have a clear driving record in accordance to The Company’s driving guidelines
Clear background check and drug/alcohol screening
Essential Physical Functions: Travel: less than 5%
Lifting up to 20 pounds
Bending, stooping, walking
