The Contracts Department is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our team. This full-time internship provides valuable, hands-on experience in contract management, digital archiving, and administrative support. Ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn about contracts, union agreements, and compliance processes. This role also offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into the construction industry from the perspective of a Utility Contractor.
· Develop and edit training videos to support key departmental initiatives.
· Upload, categorize, and manage video content within SharePoint.
· Archive critical documents such as annual licensing records, subcontractor submittals, and union-related files.
· Assist in cleaning and updating vendor records to ensure data accuracy.
· Review and update expired union agreements and wage information.
· Organize and maintain the marketing inventory closet for improved accessibility.
· Regularly update SharePoint with the latest contract details and annual compliance filings.
· Verify and align data across the Z drive, SharePoint, and departmental tracking spreadsheets.
· Facilitate the upload of current contracts to Agiloft and Oracle by organizing files in a dedicated SharePoint folder.
· Provide general administrative support and assist with additional tasks as needed.
· Self-starter that is eager to learn and work with various departments in the company.
