The Integrity Corrosion Manager is responsible for the effective leadership of the projects within their respective workstream and processes across the company. This role assists the operational and process groups with business development, project assistance and tracking, quality control/assurance, and personnel development within their area of oversight.
This position may be based in any of our Campos locations across the country and requires occasional travel to other regions, client facilities, and industry events, as needed. Travel is estimated to be approximately 25% to 30% but may fluctuate based on project or company needs.
*This position offers a Hybrid model which entails working from the office 3 times a week and 2 times from home.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervisory :
•Champions the Campos EPC (CEPC) core values of Culture, Ethics, Performance, Compliance, Schedule Driven, Alignment to Client, and Employee Utilization.
•Provides technical leadership guidance
•Provides support in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training technical staff within the workstream.
•Helps develop and execute the strategy for the success and growth of the group.
•Helps develop and mentor less experienced personnel.
Technical
•Scope Development – involves themselves in any ‘new’ project as it moves through the scope development phase to ensure project is resourced correctly, that all parties are communicating effectively, and that the scope is well understood and clear to the project team members.
•Provides Subject Matter Expert level resource to all projects within their workstream
•Collaborates with Director of Integrity Services, project managers, and regional resources to ensure project-related issues are addressed. Effectively communicates workstream activities, opportunities, and issues within their workstream upward.
•Develops functional relationships with client personnel within their workstream and key region personnel.
•Reviews projects as needed to ensure quality is being maintained.
•Interacts with appropriate CEPC personnel to ensure full knowledge of ongoing and upcoming projects.
•Provides design direction and ongoing assistance to project teams within the workstream.
•Ensures CEPC processes and standards are up to date and resources have a clear path to client, CEPC, and general standards and codes.
•Promotes use of standards and codes by personnel executing work within the workstream.
•Stays up to date with compliance matters such as advisory bulletins, industry incidents, code changes, and related information and relays appropriate information to affected workstreams within CEPC.
•Provides compliance guidance and advice to other workstreams outside Corrosion Services
•Provide remote support for troubleshooting and indirect surveys for field staff.
•Responsible for management of Campos AMPP (NACE) membership, oversight on involvement with AMPP (NACE) committees, and determination of attendance at AMPP (NACE) events.
Training, Development and Career Pathing
•Help support workstream team(s) in the development of career pathing within their disciplines.
•Works with senior leadership to develop and maintain the overall strategy for training and development. Includes identification, development, and implementation of training.
•Works with Integrity Services Director and Regional Directors on hiring and resourcing needs.
Process
•Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.
•Assists in calculator/tool/template standardization company-wide.
•Assists in generating company-wide standards for implementation in the applicable workstreams.
Business Development
•Develops proposals, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for projects.
•Provides proposal review/input for workstream related projects.
•Assists Integrity Services Director with building and growing business opportunities by supporting and maintaining existing client relationships as well as exploring new clients and opportunities; including developing business cases as needed for new ventures or large program improvements
•Performs other related duties as assigned by the Integrity Services Director.
