Integration & Operational Excellence Manager

JM Test Systems is seeking an Integration & Operational Excellence Manager to play a critical role in shaping the future of our growing organization. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead the seamless integration of newly acquired and greenfield divisions into our existing framework while driving operational excellence across our established locations.

What You’ll Do

- Lead Integrations: Develop and execute integration plans that align people, processes, systems, and assets with JM Test’s brand standards.

- Unify Teams: Partner with HR and operations leaders to onboard and align new personnel, creating smooth transitions that minimize disruption.

- Optimize Systems: Oversee system migrations (ERP, calibration management, financial tools, inventory) while ensuring data integrity and compliance.

- Drive Operational Excellence: Apply lean principles to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance SOPs across divisions.

- Measure Success: Define KPIs, track performance, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency targets are consistently met.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related technical field (preferred).

- Proven experience in project management, integrations, or operational excellence (PMP certification a plus).

- Familiarity with calibration, M&A integration, or lean manufacturing a strong advantage.

- Skilled at leading cross-functional teams, resolving challenges, and communicating clearly.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

- Comfortable traveling 50–75%, including on short notice.
