At WPPI Energy, you will be part of a dedicated Support and Training team that helps customer-owned utilities provide outstanding service to their communities. You’ll tackle meaningful and complex challenges using advanced technology solutions, and your work will have a direct impact on how local utilities care for their customers. - Participate in comprehensive training to master customer information systems, metering, billing, and integrated utility technologies.
- Develop a deep understanding of our technology suite to identify and implement efficient solutions to the challenges faced by member utilities.
- Support the ongoing success of multiple utilities by providing guidance, making strategic recommendations, and ensuring they maximize the value of our technologies.
- Build strong relationships with utility staff through regular phone support and onsite visits, acting as a trusted technical advisor and delivering best practice solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, computer science, management information systems, or a related business field. Equivalent education and experience will also be considered.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth.
- Outstanding task management and communication skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and keen attention to detail.
- Commitment to community service and customer satisfaction.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed, including periodic day trips and occasional overnight travel within the state and region.
- $61,000 – $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
