Arjae Design Solutions Ltd. is a fast growing Engineering, Design and Fabrication company providing unique solutions to clients in the conventional oil & gas and emerging helium industries. We are a manufacturer of processing systems, pressure vessels, direct fired heaters, Indirect fired heater coils, pressure piping and fittings for the energy and helium extraction/processing industries.
We are seeking a 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice Insulator to join our team. The successful candidate will support insulation work on piping, vessels, heaters and process equipment within our shop environment, contributing to high-quality builds that are critical to energy and industrial operations. This position will be based in our Nisku fabrication facility.

- Measure, cut, and install insulation materials on piping, vessels, and equipment.
- Assist in preparing and fabricating insulation jackets, cladding, and finishing materials.
- Read and interpret drawings, shop instructions, and specifications.
- Ensure insulation work meets quality and safety standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area.
- Work collaboratively with journeymen, welders, pipefitters, and other trades.
- Follow company safety policies and participate in safe work practices.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Registered 2nd or 3rd Year Apprentice Insulator in Alberta (or equivalent jurisdiction).
- Previous experience in an industrial or fabrication shop environment, or similar production environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous learning.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to work as a cooperative and productive team player with coworkers, contractors, and customers.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read, interpret and comprehend written materials, and complete documentation in writing.
- Ability to perform physical work in an industrial shop environment required.
- 8 hour shifts with occasional overtime as required.
- Monday to Friday (additional days as required).
