Minimum Experience: associate degree in Electronics or related field, or at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Other Requirements: Must maintain a valid driver’s and meet minimum MVR requirements for insurance purposes, successfully pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical where applicable. Position Details

Duties
An IC&E Technician is tasked with executing the construction, maintenance, and repair of electronic equipment and systems across diverse environments, working with minimal supervision of engineering staff.Equipment Installation: IC&E Technicians are accountable for constructing electronic control panels and equipment, encompassing tasks such as cable connection, configuration adjustments, and verification of operational integrity.
Maintenance and Inspection: IC&E Technicians conduct inspections, cleaning, and servicing on equipment in the field to identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring optimal functionality and reliability.
Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: IC&E Technicians diagnose equipment malfunctions by leveraging their expertise, diagnostic tools, and test equipment to accurately identify root causes. They also develop and implement effective solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability of systems and equipment
Project Management: Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing project activities, including monitoring progress and identifying potential issues.
Testing and Calibration: After repairs or installations, IC&E Technicians conduct thorough testing and calibration to ensure that the equipment operates within specified parameters and meets performance standards.
Documentation: IC&E Technicians maintain detailed records of their work, including diagnoses, repairs, parts used, and maintenance schedules. Accurate documentation is essential for tracking equipment history and facilitating future troubleshooting. Understands and interprets drawings, technical manuals, specifications sheets and instructions.
Communicate: Maintains communication with field staff to ensure proper job administrative functions are completed
Working from Heights: Must be able to work safely at heights, 100ft+, by operating a manlift, scissor lift, and climbing ladders, when necessary, by utilizing fall protection.
Inventory Management: IC&E Technicians will manage inventory levels of replacement parts, tools, and equipment needed for repairs and installations.
Travel: IC&E Technicians will need to travel to various customer sites, sometimes locally and other times over longer distances.
