Instrument/Electrical Technician

Process Solutions Corp. (PSC) is seeking the right individual to deliver technical solutions in instrumentation and controls to our customer base. Our technical solutions include turn-key automation packages with communications, signal conditioning and instrumentation. This position assists in start-up, commissioning, and troubleshooting for a variety of systems with All-in-one-controllers, instrumentation and controls. This is a full-time position with some local travel.

Job Responsibilities

- Read, interpret, and follow diagrams, engineered drawings, specifications and or procedures to assemble Electro-mechanical control packages using hand tools such as mechanical, pneumatic and/or electrical.

- Build and produce quality products at an efficient work pace to meet production schedule.

- Startup and verify instrumentation including Magnetic, Thermal and Coriolis flowmeters at various customer sites.

- Troubleshoot existing customer applications with help of our engineers and senior technicians.

- Enter RMA data into our Zoho Desk ticketing system and maintaining the system.

- Conduct hands-on demos of our products for customers.

- Calibrate, test and packaging various controls and instrumentation per documentation.

- Assist in shipping and receiving instrumentation and electronics

Requirements:

- minimum 3-5 years’ experience in related field.

- Instrumentation certificate a plus.

- Wiring and/or instrumentation background preferred.• Good mathematical, scientific and logical reasoning abilities.

- A valid driver’s license and clean record.

- The ability to pass a drug test and background check required for entry at critical facilities.

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
