Installation Helper

Assist with the installation of HVAC equipment and associated systems in residential homes and smaller commercial establishments

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

- Help assess equipment and needs of the customer

- Assist with the installation of HVAC equipment

- Prepare accurate daily paperwork

- Communicate with Dispatcher and Service departments

- Utilize all applicable safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE)

- Exhibit courteous and helpful behavior towards customers and third parties

Requirements:

- Strong HVAC knowledge and installation skills

- Proven customer service skills

- Valid drivers license and meet the company's motor vehicle policy
