The Inside Setter is part of a talented team that ensures our customers have an amazing experience going solar. You play a crucial role in connecting with the homeowners and scheduling appointments for our highly skilled Sales Representatives. Your primary focus will be identifying and engaging potential customers through various avenues.

Responsibilities:
•Speak with potential customers who have requested a solar quote from Ambia Energy, LLC
•Ask questions and collect information to make sure customers are qualified
•Build trust with potential customers, and create value in the appointment
•Schedule appointments for potential customers to meet with a Ambia Energy, LLC Solar expert and set a customized quote for their home
•Communicate clearly and effectively with other stakeholders at Ambia Energy, LLC regarding appointments
•Send reminders and follow up to make sure appointments take place
•Engage with homeowners to generate interest in solar solutions
•Schedule appointments for Sales Representatives to further discuss our offerings
•Represent Ambia Energy, LLC Solar with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Previous experience in solar is preferred, but not required.
•1-2 years of experience selling and setting appointments.
•Strong work ethic and willingness to take full ownership of responsibilities.
•Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to connect with customers
•High level of confidence; ability to appear as the expert in the qualification process.
•Pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
•Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
•Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Requirements:
•This position is required to work in the Lindon, UT corporate office.
•Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
•Preference will be given to applicants with full-time availability.
