Due to the growing market demand for our products globally, we are hiring for an Inside Sales Specialist.
Role Overview
As Inside Sales Specialist, you will be the first line of response for all inbound inquiries, ensuring prospects and customers experience the same world-class efficiency and quality that our technology provides in the field. You will qualify and route leads, prepare and follow up on quotations, maintain the CRM, and provide day‑to‑day support to the Sales, Marketing, and Fulfillment Teams.
Key Responsibilities
•Inbound lead management: Monitor shared inboxes, web forms, CRM, phone lines; respond within SLA; conduct discovery to assess technical fit and buying stage.
•Quotation & order support: Draft, send, and track quotes; coordinate NDAs, purchase orders, and work with customer success and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth transitions and project rollouts.
•CRM ownership: Maintain data hygiene, update opportunity stages and forecasts, generate weekly pipeline and activity reports.
•Meeting scheduling: Align calendars across Sales, Engineering and prospective clients; arrange virtual meetings, and client visits as necessary.
•Sales collateral stewardship: Ensure the latest spec-sheets, case studies and pricing are available and version‑controlled. Work with quality control and change-management to ensure change procedures are adhered to.
•Sales administrative enablement: quote expiry monitoring, CRM KPI reporting, helping with lead-source hygiene, collateral version control, tradeshow/event lead uploads and processing.
•Account coordination: Working with account executives and the customer success team to serve as internal ambassadors for key clients, facilitating post‑sale check‑ins and account expansion efforts.
Qualifications
•3-5 years’ inside‑sales or sales‑admin experience in B2B hardware, industrial automation.
•Demonstrated success juggling 50+ active leads while meeting response‑time SLAs.
•Proficiency with HubSpot or comparable CRMs; strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
•Familiarity with mining, heavy equipment, security, or camera sensor markets is a plus.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to translate technical specs into clear customer value.
•Organized, self‑directed, and comfortable in a fast-paced scale‑up environment where processes evolve quickly.
