This position's core focus is to support sales representatives and reseller partners. Position requires sales experience - call center experience a plus. Excellent customer support.
- Support reseller partners
- Generate new sales leads through market research and cold calling
- Generate quotes and process orders as a result of direct customer calls and requests made by reseller partners
- Support outside sales in generating new sales within their territory
- Maintain sales call funnel (via CRM) per sales region as assigned
- Support existing customers
- Maintain complete knowledge of all ECOM products and services, our target industries (customers, trends, etc.) and competitors
- Provides basic customer support by telephone, and run periodic sales & customer reports to enhance sales efforts
- Must possess strong initiative and be comfortable working in a fast paced work environment
- Works well in a team and small company environment
- High level communication skills, both oral and written

- Maintain open communication channels between internal departments and reseller partners
- High level of accuracy
- Focus on building relationships with existing and new customers
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
