We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the oil and gas sector. Located in Valencia, CA. This role is vital for driving sales growth by connecting with potential clients and providing exceptional customer service. Your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering high-quality equipment and services. Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the oil and gas industry.

- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities.

- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.

- Collaborate with the technical team to understand product specifications and customer needs.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

- Add inventory items to Machinio and Ebay Store.

- Organize existing products and add to storage map.

- Handle materials and perform physical inventory counts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management processes

- Implement and maintain inventory management systems, including E-commerce platforms.

- Qualifications

- Proven experience in inside sales or a related field within the oil and gas industry.

- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Outlook and Excel

- Ability to understand technical specifications of products.

- Ability to handle heavy lifting and perform physical tasks related to materials handling

- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
