Builders Fence Company, Inc., is seeking a motivated Inside Sales & Administrative Assistant for our Sun Valley branch. This dual-role position is perfect for a customer-focused individual who wants to start their career in the fence industry (any fence experience is greatly appreciated though). You'll play a vital role in our daily operations while learning the industry and developing knowledge.
- Processing Orders and assisting customers with product selection and order inquiries
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers to drive repeat business
- Answering Phones and providing excellent customer service
- Handling Cash and Credit Card Transactions
- Scanning documents and filing them electronically
- Invoicing
- Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP software and Excel is advantageous.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full Time, on-site (Monday – Friday)
- Salary: Commensurate with experience and skills, offering an hourly pay of
- $18-23 per hour
