The Springboard Center is a premier substance abuse treatment facility located in Midland, Texas. Having just completed a final build out of the current property, we are experiencing a surge in clients seeking treatment at our facility. The facility is well designed and creates an environment for recovery to begin and continue in a safe, healthy (covid-free) environment. Rapport with both clients and other staff members is at a positive peak. Given client demand for access to care, we desire to add the right candidate who will contribute to the rapport and positivity surrounding that work.
We are looking for people who are committed to assisting persons seeking recovery. Addiction takes away all components that make for a great life, and we seek to help restore those who struggle with the disease of addiction to health and wholeness in body, mind, and spirit.
