$20.00 Inexperienced and $22.00 Experienced

Job Responsibilities for Experienced (Black Hat) and Inexperienced (Red Hat) Miners:

- General labor

- Roller and screen changes

- Belt work

- Steel sets

- Overcasts

- Jacks

- Seal preparation

- Pumpable cribs

- Scoop operating

- Bolting

- Other laborer duties as required

Job Requirements for Experienced and Inexperienced Miners:

- 40-hour MSHA training must be completed

- 2 forms of ID

- Ability to work any shifts, including weekends and holidays required.

- Must have the physical ability to work 8 to 12-hour shifts
