Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial mechanics and maintenance, with expertise in various systems including hydraulics and pneumatics. This role requires a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and repairing machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards are maintained.

Duties

- Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment within the manufacturing facility.

- Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate alignment and installation of components.

- Troubleshoot mechanical issues using schematics and technical documentation.

- Perform welding tasks as needed for equipment repairs.

- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure operational efficiency.

- Operate forklifts and other machinery safely while adhering to safety protocols.

- Analyze system performance and recommend improvements or modifications as necessary.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as an industrial mechanic or millwright in a manufacturing environment.

- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance.

- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints effectively.

- Excellent analysis skills for diagnosing issues quickly and accurately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.50 per hour

Expected hours: 48 – 60 per week
