Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various industrial equipment. This role requires a commitment to safety and efficiency, ensuring that all machinery operates at optimal performance levels. The Industrial Mechanic will work closely with other team members to deliver high-quality service and support to our clients.
Duties
•Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
•Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities.
•Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics on mechanical systems to identify issues.
•Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate repairs and adjustments.
•Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients regarding their equipment needs.
•Collaborate with field service teams to address on-site mechanical challenges.
•Implement safety protocols while working with high voltage systems.
•Assist in technical sales by providing insights into equipment capabilities and maintenance requirements.
•Execute stick welding tasks as needed for repairs or modifications.
Requirements
•Proven experience as an Industrial Mechanic or similar role within an industrial setting.
•Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, for effective communication.
•Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking is preferred.
•Strong understanding of precision measuring instruments and their applications in mechanical work.
•Experience working with high voltage systems is a plus.
•Knowledge of technical sales principles related to industrial equipment is advantageous.
•Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 – 60 per week
