+ High School diploma or equivalent required. + Prior manufacturing experience is advantageous but not mandatory. + Durability to sustain prolonged standing and upper-body strength for lifting tasks up to 50 lbs. + Consistent attendance ensured by reliable transport. + Strong communication abilities, both written and oral. + Keen attention to precision and detail in tasks. + Capacity to work autonomously or alongside a team as required.
