Energy Dynamics is an Industrial Engine services company, providing specialty machining and reconditioning, replacement parts, and engine technologies to power generation and marine markets across the U.S. and Canada. We are a cutting edge, fast-paced organization. We partner with European vendors and offer our customers a full compliment of engine replacement parts from OE to OEM as well as remanned components refurbished in-house at our Wiscasset, ME machine shop. We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic individual looking to advance their career in a niche’ industry.
-Cleaning and preparation of engine and components including cleaning, rinsing, dry media blasting, wet media blasting, visual inspection and documentation on shop forms.
-Disassembly of cylinder heads, intercoolers, pumps and other engine components.
-Confidence with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers and gauges) and the ability to identify worn areas.
-Position and align components for the disassembly, cleaning and assembly processes either manually, or using hoists.
-This job requires the ability to lift 50lbs. unassisted, with standing, bending and twisting throughout the daily functions
