Responsibilities

•

Performing electrical isolations, ensuring regulatory compliance with organizations, contributing to the development of electrical maintenance plans, and strictly adhering to all safety standards.

•

Maintenance of electrical equipment on platform including motor controls, batteries, relays, VFDs, generators, power transducers.

•

Read technical documentation including Piping & Instrument Diagrams, loop drawings, wiring schematics, and specifications

•

Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

•

Experience in low voltage (LV), medium voltage (MV), and high voltage (HV) power systems

•

Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical faults in machinery and equipment, including motors, sensors, and control systems

•

Install and maintain electrical wiring, conduit, and other electrical components according to codes and standards

•

PLC Troubleshooting and Maintenance

•

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and associated input/output (I/O) devices (Omron PLC)

Skills

•

Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician, with a strong focus on electrical motors, PLC troubleshooting, VFDs, and preventative maintenance of equipment

•

Bilingual and good communication skills

•

Proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems

•

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
