Responsibilities
•Performing electrical isolations, ensuring regulatory compliance with organizations, contributing to the development of electrical maintenance plans, and strictly adhering to all safety standards.
•Maintenance of electrical equipment on platform including motor controls, batteries, relays, VFDs, generators, power transducers.
•Read technical documentation including Piping & Instrument Diagrams, loop drawings, wiring schematics, and specifications
•Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
•Experience in low voltage (LV), medium voltage (MV), and high voltage (HV) power systems
•Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical faults in machinery and equipment, including motors, sensors, and control systems
•Install and maintain electrical wiring, conduit, and other electrical components according to codes and standards
•PLC Troubleshooting and Maintenance
•Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and associated input/output (I/O) devices (Omron PLC)
Skills
•Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician, with a strong focus on electrical motors, PLC troubleshooting, VFDs, and preventative maintenance of equipment
•Bilingual and good communication skills
•Proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
