Industrial Electrician

Location: Little Rock, AR Pay: $26.50 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

AluChem of Little Rock is a leading manufacturer of high-quality alumina products, and we are looking for an experienced Industrial Electrician who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and wants to grow with a stable company.

What We’re Looking For:

- Reliable candidates who take accountability seriously.

- At least 2 years of industrial electrical experience.

- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.

- Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, PLCs, motors, and industrial equipment.

- Comfortable in an industrial environment (this is a hands-on role).

- Must be able to use hand and power tools, swing a hammer, and work on the floor as needed.

- High school diploma or equivalent (Technical certifications a plus).

- A strong work ethic and dependable attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial electrical systems.

- Troubleshoot and repair motors, drives, PLCs, and control systems.

- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with regulations.

- Support maintenance team with hands-on repairs when required.
