As the

Industrial Designer V,

you will lead the creative design, pioneering innovative concepts that transcend industry norms and challenge conventional thinking the help move those ideas through to mass production. Your influence will extend beyond design; you'll shape our product portfolio, elevate our brand identity, and inspire innovation throughout the organization. Collaborating with diverse teams, you will pioneer new designs, mentor a group of likeminded designers, and lead brainstorming sessions that challenge the status quo. You'll craft design narratives that captivate, inspire, and spark revolutionary thinking, all grounded in the principles of design thinking. Major Responsibilities:

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or equivalent.

Work Experience

- 10+ years of design experience

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

- Profound creative acumen and visionary thinking.

- Expert grasp of design principles, trends, and branding.

- Exceptional communication skills.

Physical Demands
