- Engage with industry partners to ensure Indigenous rights and interests are appropriately considered and upheld in alignment with CBAs.

- Offer internal guidance to IMC leadership and teams on Indigenous cultural protocols, historical context, and current issues.

- Collaborate with internal departments to integrate Indigenous perspectives into corporate strategies, projects, and operations.

- Represent IMC at community events, Indigenous forums, and stakeholder meetings, ensuring respectful and meaningful engagement.

- Support the development of internal policies and programs that advance reconciliation, cultural competency, and inclusive workplace practices.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building and community engagement.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously with attention to detail and follow-through.

- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.

- Skilled at facilitating dialogue, workshops, and training sessions.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
